If you change your mind or ordered something by mistake, you may return most products in like-new condition, with all original packaging and accessories, within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us first to initiate the return process.
Used or Unsatisfactory Products
If you’ve used an item and are unhappy with it, reach out to us within 30 days. We’re here to help find a solution. Returns on used items may be subject to a cleaning fee or condition assessment.
Non-Returnable Items
Water filters, electrical components, pumps, solenoids, special order items, and used or installed parts cannot be returned and are final sale.
Shipping & Refunds
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Defective or Malfunctioning Items
If a product arrives defective or malfunctions within the manufacturer’s warranty, contact us right away. We handle warranty claims and will cover return shipping for these cases.
